The staff, especially Patricia, our waitress, were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome and the pool were a great way to relax before heading home, and the food at the restaurant was simply superb. The nearby modern McDonald's was a super convenient option for a quick bite. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly compared to other places we've visited.

The general areas are spacious and well-maintained, making it easy to navigate for us older folks. It's a relief to find a hotel that understands the needs of senior guests.

Just one small complaint - I wish the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Spent Christmas here and it was alright. The hotel was in a convenient location and easy to find, though it may be a bit far from the city. The breakfast spread was generous, with a variety of options available. The room was also clean and well-kept.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including fresh orange juice and tasty cheese. The hotel was modern and had a lovely view of the lawn and pool. The location was perfect, easy to find and had plenty of free parking space.

Some things didn't meet my expectations. My room was quite warm and the air conditioning didn't provide cool air, only heat.

As an overnight guest on our way to another destination, Novotel in Carquefou was perfect for our needs. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay worthwhile. We particularly enjoyed the delicious evening dinner and the English TV channel in our room. The heating and shower were both excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay even in November. The hotel's location was convenient for transport links, and the ample parking made it easy for us to explore Nantes and the surrounding areas by car.

What a mind-blowing stop-over experience! The family room was super spacious, perfect for my boys to stretch out after a long car journey. And wow, the pool was absolutely fabulous, staying open till 10pm – jaw-dropping! The bar area was a great place to relax, and the hotel grounds were so well-kept, ideal for my furry friend to have a good run. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to enjoy the pool a bit longer with towels provided. The breakfast was nice, although not worth the price. this hotel ticked all the boxes for a perfect overnight stay – a big thumbs up!
